Industrial confectionery production is Kinesis Gıda's main area of activity. Turkish delight (lokum) and cezerye are produced in a range of varieties and forms, in a process that brings together traditional methods and modern equipment.
Production is carried out in a planned way through raw material selection, controlled cooking, shaping and packaging. For wholesale orders and private-label requests, the production plan is set according to the customer's needs.
